Numerical Radius Power Bounds and Norms of derivations in Banach Algebras

Abstract:
In this paper, we show that δ P,Q has a lower bound and is utmost equal to the sum of norms of P and Q and also that δ P,Q is Hermitian and is bounded above by its numerical radius. Finally, we give power bounds for numerical radii of the δ P,Q.
