Abstract:
The article surveys the current situation of teachers and students of Kim Phu Primary School regarding teaching 3rd grade essay writing in the direction of capacity development. The results will show the advantages and disadvantages of the current situation, there for, propose measures to help develop capacity to meet the new textbook program for students, contributing to improving the quality of learning essay writing.
