The Structure and Biological Activity of Bromopyrazoline

Abstract:
The pyrazoline derivative was synthesized by reaction of 1-(3,4,5 tribromophenyl)-3-phenyl-pyrazoline-5-one with 4-dimethyl aminobenzaldehyde. The new compound was characterized by infrared, 1H-NMR, mass spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The biological activity was compared with amphotericin B as standard.
