Comparative analysis of customer service culture at Novaland and VinGroup

Abstract:
A culture of customer service is the cornerstone of business success in a service-based market economy. This article analyzes the differences and similarities between the customer service culture of two leading real estate companies in Vietnam, Novaland and VinGroup. From the research results received, the article makes some comments and solutions to increase service quality in order to improve the business efficiency of real estate companies in particular and other industries in the economy in general.
