Comparative analysis of some managers at leading logistics and construction enterprises in Vietnam

In business culture, in some companies, the executive officer may be the Chairman of the Board of Directors and may hold many other senior positions in the company. However, in some countries in the European Union, there are two separate boards of directors, one for day-to-day business and a supervisory board of the company. The aim is to prevent conflicts of interest and avoid concentrating too much power on one individual. Vietnam's construction industry went through difficult times in the period 2009-2013. However, recent signs of recovery will be an opportunity for businesses in the industry to break through and reach new heights. The article will highlight the differences and similarities of the portraits of some managers at leading logistics and construction companies in Vietnam.
